Zipper Quality Inspection

A qualified zipper needs to remain stable in appearance, dimensions, smoothness, and strength. Common inspection items include tape color, teeth alignment, puller matching, opening and closing smoothness, length tolerance, and packing quantity.

For bulk products such as school uniforms, workwear, and bags, stable batch quality is more important than a single sample, so in-process inspection and pre-shipment review should not be overlooked.
